DMCA Policy
"101 Course" respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. This policy outlines the procedures for copyright holders to notify us of alleged infringement, and for users to respond to notices of infringement.
Filing a DMCA Notice
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on "101 Course"'s platform, you may notify our Designated Agent by submitting a DMCA takedown notice. To be effective, the notification must be in writing and include substantially the following:

- Electronic or Physical Signature: An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
- Submission to Designated Agent: Send the complete notice to our Designated Agent as specified in our contact information.
Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification
If you believe that material you posted on "101 Course"'s platform was removed or access was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our Designated Agent. To be effective, a counter-notification must be a written communication and include substantially the following:
- Identification of Removed Material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled (e.g., the URL link).
- Your Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside of the U.S., for any judicial district in which "101 Course" may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
- Swear Under Penalty of Perjury: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Electronic or Physical Signature: Your electronic or physical signature.
- Submission to Designated Agent: Send the complete counter-notification to our Designated Agent as specified in our contact information.
